How many passengers can each boat accommodate?

We are Coast Guard rated to carry up to 16 passengers at a time

Are Water Taxis available for Private Charter?

Yes, based on availability depending on day and time. Please contact us for details.

 Can I make Reservations?

Absolutely, however they are not required. Reservations will be made priority for pick up and we will do our best to accommodate your time.

 Are Strollers or Bicycles Allowed On The Boat?

Sure, if the boat is not full and we have room for it we will make it happen.

 Can I Bring My Dog On The Boat?

If your dog is very friendly we will welcome him/her onboard, however when you call for pickup our captains will need to make sure that all customers on the boat are alright with this as well and no allergies.

 Do you go into the Gulf of Mexico?

Not normally. Our water taxis are motor whaleboats that were used to serve as tenders on Navy vessels and are extremely seaworthy but Ariel & Aquata mostly stay in the harbor and do not venture out towards the pass.

  How Long Does The Trip Take?

Depending on where you are being picked up and dropped off you can spend anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 minutes onboard with us. The longest trip being from Sandpiper Cove to HarborWalk

  Do you allow Alcoholic Beverage Onboard?

Guests on our Water Taxis may bring and consume alcoholic beverages as long as you are of legal age. The safety of our guests is most important to us, so please do so responsibly.
